Q:  Production/Delivery Timeframes

A:  Our standard production time frame for in house orders is 12 working days.  We do our best to accommodate rushes.

Q:  Imprint Colors

A:  We offer a variety of imprint colors for screen printing which can be found by clicking here. We also can losely match PMS colors if desired (additional charges may apply).

Q:  Embroidery Thread Colors

A:  Embroidery thread colors are characterized by numbers and can be closely matched to any PMS color you choose. Click here to view our embroidery thread chart.

Q:  Art Guidelines

A:  In order to provide the highest quality representation of your logo and/or design, we use high-resolution files in order to capture even the smallest detail. When submitting your artwork, please click here to view our art guidelines. We also have a dedicated Art Department on staff to help create your logo or image.

Q:  Payment Options

A:  We gladly accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). If you are interested in other payment options, please contact us.

Q:  Sample Policy

A:  A sampling of merchandise is on display in our showroom or available by special order. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Q:  Minimum Order Quantities

A:  Each custom decorated item features a minimum order quantity specific to that item. In general, decorated apparel items require a minimum order of 12 pieces and decorated promotional items vary. Less than minimum order quantities may be available.

Q:  Return Policy

A:  All custom decorated products are made-to-order just for you. We appreciate your understanding that returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you feel you received your order in error, please contact your sales representative.

Q:  Sales Tax

A:  Your order will qualify for 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax if it is delivered within the state of Wisconsin.
