What is a promotional product?

We consider a promotional product to be any item that can be imprinted/decorated with artwork or a logo. There are thousands upon thousands items that can be considered a promotional product including pens, padfolios, coolers, headwear, bags, toys, paper products, desk accessories, etc.

What is the standard lead time for T-shirts?

Our standard production time is 12 working days, but we will do our best to accommodate rushes

What are my options for imprint colors?

For screen printing, we have stock colors which can be seen HERE. We can also match PMS colors.

For embroidery, we have stock thread colors which can be seen HERE. We will do our best to match PMS colors as closely as possible with thread.

For promotional products, each manufacturer has their own set of available colors, we will do our best to match these to your artwork.

What are your Art Guidelines?

To achieve the highest quality representation of your logo and/or design, we use high-resolution files. Click HERE to view our art guidelines. We have a fully staffed graphic art department available as needed.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). If you wish to pay by a different method, please contact us

Can I get a sample before I order?

You are welcome to visit our showroom featuring a selection of product. If you need a sample sent to you, please contact us.

Do I need to meet a minimum order quantity?

In general decorated apparel items require a minimum order of 12 pieces.

Decorated promotional products do have minimums that vary per item. Minimum Order Quantities are noted for each item. Less than minimum quantities may be available at an additional charge.

What is your return policy?

All custom decorated products are made-to-order just for you. We appreciate your understanding that returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you feel you received an order in error, please contact us.

Will my order be taxed?

If your order is delivered within the state of Wisconsin, 5.5% sales tax will be applied.

What are my options if I don’t want to order on-line or I don’t find what I am looking for?
