Screen printing on apparel items is a method of decoration that uses a stencil-type template in which a design is imposed on a screen of fine mesh, and ink is then forced through the open areas of the mesh onto the printing surface. This method of decoration offers a high quality imprint that can withstand years of wear-and-tear. We produce our screen printing projects on-site using state-of-the-art equipment operated by professionals specifically trained in this type of decorating.

Specialty Inks – Specialty inks can give added dimension, visual interest or texture to a garment, but are at a higher cost than standard ink printing.

  1. High Density – Makes the ink 3-dimensional on the shirt with straight square edges
  2. Puff – Makes the ink puff up from the shirt with soft edges
  3. Suede Puff – Same as puff but with a soft suede feel
  4. Crystalina – Clear glitter placed over a colored ink.
  5. Sugar Glitter – Glitter flack that is stuck to the garment using a clear gel.
  6. Metallic – inks with a metallic shine
  7. Glow in the Dark
  8. Chino – Adds a soft hand feel to the ink

Embroidery uses needlework & stitching to sew your design onto your garments. It provides a professional appearance and is appropriate for business wear, bags, hats and accessories. Most of our embroidery projects are completed in our on-site embroidery department featuring over 60 embroidery heads that are used in both small and large production runs.

Digitizing – Digitizing creates a digital representation of the design to be embroidered. It requires extensive training and attention to detail, which allows for a high quality result. Once the digitizing is complete, the digitizer can determine an accurate stitch count and thread color sequence for each design. The design is then electronically saved for future use or editing.
