Production/Delivery Timeframes – Our standard imprint areas for decorating garments include full front, full back, left chest, right chest, back tag, etc. Click here to view more information.

Imprint Colors – We offer a variety of imprint colors for screen printing which can be found by clicking here. We also can closely match PMS colors if desired (additional charges may apply).

Embroidery Thread Colors – Embroidery thread colors are characterized by numbers and can be closely matched to any PMS color you choose. Click here to view our embroidery thread chart.

Art Guidelines – In order to provide the highest quality representation of your logo and/or design, we use high-resolution files in order to capture even the smallest detail. When submitting your artwork, please click here to view our art guidelines. We also have a dedicated Art Department on staff to help create your logo or image.

Payment Options – We gladly accept cash, check, money order and all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). If you are interested in applying for credit terms, please contact your sales representative.

Sample Policy – A sampling of merchandise is on display in our showroom or available by special order. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Size Specifications – We are pleased to offer a large selection of high quality apparel lines, each with its own size specifications. For more information on the specific item(s) you are interested in, please contact your sales representative.

Minimum Order Quantities – Each custom decorated item features a minimum order quantity specific to that item. In general, decorated apparel items require a minimum order of 12 pieces and decorated promotional items vary. Less than minimum order quantities may be available. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Return Policy – All custom decorated products are made-to-order just for you. We appreciate your understanding that returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you feel you received your order in error, please contact your sales representative.

Sales Tax – Your order will qualify for 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax if it is delivered within the state of Wisconsin.
